From the wonderful world of Swedish art songs, here I have collected some of the finest, and perform together with fantastic pianist Henrik Berg. Many of them were often sung by Jussi Björling, Nicolai Gedda and Gösta Winbergh, all great idols of mine. This being my first own album, I couldn't help adding some opera arias as well. This is a recording with my father and me, that we did in 2010 together with pianist Samuel Skönberg. The well-known and much loved duet from the opera The Perl Fishers, by Georges Bizet, is about two friends loving the same woman but promising each other to preserve the friendship until death. The well-known and much loved duet from the opera The Perl Fishers, by Georges Bizet, is about two friends loving the same woman but promising each other to preserve the friendship until death. The recording with Jussi Björling and Robert Merrill is perhaps the most well-known version.

Here I sing with my father, like so many times before. My father was my first teacher, and continued to be my second ear, discussion partner and role model, and remains so to this day!
